4XL and 5XL will add 2-3 days for production time.

- Tagless label transitioning to a tear-away label, inventory could be mixed
- Note: Brand substitutions may occur due to supply chain shortages from time to time. But we will never substitute for a lesser quality shirt!

CUSTOM ORDER PROCESS
- After request has been submitted you will receive additional email from us within 24hrs to the email address provided.
- The team will then get details on what you are looking for and timeline
- Then team will work on a quote and design proof that will be sent back for approval.
- Once proof is approved, 50% deposit is required for the design to be but in production*, and then once the run is completed the remaining balance will need to be paid before shipping out.
- *For the skeptics out there, if you pay for a “Demo Sample” we will send you a sample piece of the design. And then wait for approval before the rest of the order is processed.
